Houston Hope is Mayor Bill White's Initiative to
reinvest in some of Houston's historic neighborhoods through a combination of
stabilization activities and by supporting locally-led community building
activities. The goal of Houston HOPE is to build strong neighborhoods that meet
the needs of their current residents and are attractive to new and returning
families.

You may qualify for up to $45,000 to buy your own home; $45,000 for police officers, firefighters, and teachers.
We offer homes in a variety of Floor plans with energy-efficient amenities.
First complete a Homebuyer Education
Seminar offered by the HUD Certified Housing Counseling Agencies.
In the seminar you will learn about the home buying process and choose a
Houston Community Development Partner.
We will aid you in securing a mortgage loan from an Affordable Lending Partner, and take you through the application for Houston HOPE Down-Payment Assistance.
You may qualify for up to $45,000 downpayment assistance; $45,000 for police officers, fire fighters, and teachers.
