  Hi! Welcome to our site we are a Houston development company, and have been building homes in the Houston, Texas area for five years. We are here to help you find your next home, and guide you through the process of securing grant money from the City of Houston. We offer homes in all the Hope Home areas. Also, we are an approved builder for the Houston Hope Home program.

The Team

Mr. Benny Risner- Mr. Risner is Houston based and the manager of TAHC1 LLC, he will have ultimate control of the project. Benny’s background is in Property Development and Insurance (26 years experience). As a property developer Benny has successfully completed projects in Houston and Sherman (TX). These include single family homes,Duplexes, and most recently four story town homes in the City of Houston. Benny is also the Manager of Australtex Investment Holdings LLC which is currently involved in the development of commercial properties in Fulshear (TX) and office buildings in the City of Houston.

Mr. Frank Stace – Mr. Stace is an experienced property investor currently based in New Zealand. Frank has had extensive experience in the New Zealand, Australian, and US property markets. Frank comes from a recruitment and IT background.

Mr. Westan Johnson – Mr. Johnson is based in Australia also has extensive US, Australian, and New Zealand property experience. Westan has been involved in property development in the USA for 4 years. Westan is a 50% shareholder and director of Australtex Investment Holdings LLC.
